Return policy

Norden Roots gladly accepts returns, refunds, or exchanges on any non-custom products.

Send an email with your reason for the return and we will work with you to get a refund or exchange started.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Used items will not receive a refund

  • The refund or exchange will be applied after we receive the returned item

Custom products include anything that is personalized or made to order (you specifically requested it).

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to make sure your order is nicely tucked in its shipping box before dropping it off at the carrier facility. But things can happen which is why our products always have shipping insurance applied.

If you receive an item that was damaged during the delivery process, send us an email with details and photos of the damage and we will work with you to fix or replace your product.
